General Information
- Prices for our holiday villa are per day for 4 persons, for a minimum stay of 7 days
- Reservation becomes effective once the deposit, equal to 30% of the total amount (minimum 400.00 Euro), has been received. Please transfer the deposit to our account ....
- Final cleaning fee 150 €

Arrival & Departure
- Our holiday villa is made available to you from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
- On the day of departure, could you please vacate the villa by 10:00.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation conditions according to the Italian Civil Code (Art. 1382) apply:
- There are no costs up to 6 weeks before the start of the vacation. The deposit will be credited for a future stay but will not be refunded.
- Cancellations between 6 weeks and 11 days before arrival will be charged 40% of the total amount.
- Cancellations from 10 days before arrival to the day before arrival will be charged 70% of the total amount.
- In the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the arrangement.
Cancellations are only accepted in writing and apply regardless of whether the villa is re-let. If you have already paid the deposit, this will be credited for a future stay after taking into account the cancellation conditions. The deposit will not be refunded.
We can offer you a free rebooking within the same year up to 3 weeks before your arrival. It is no longer possible to cancel a rebooked reservation free of charge. From the day of rebooking up to 11 days before arrival 40% will be charged, between 10 days and 1 day before arrival 70% and in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure 100% will be charged.
We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance, which covers cancellation costs in the event of accident, illness or death of the insured person, children, parents or grandparents. The insurance must be taken out at the same time as booking the room.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is 2,50 Euro per night per guest aged 14 and over. It is important to provide a valid travel document (ID or passport) for children under 14 years of age.
